3. Whimsical Photo Booth: Step into a world inspired by Dr. Seuss's imagination at our Grinchy Heart-themed photo booth. Capture beautiful moments with friends and receive instantly printed keepsakes.

4. Grinchy Karaoke: Let your voice shine during our Grinchy Karaoke sessions. Sing festive favorites and popular songs to spread holiday cheer.

5. Delicious Delights: Indulge in delectable treats, Grinch-inspired snacks, hot chocolate, and festive cookies while mingling with fellow attendees.

Hair Harmony Coaching Program: Roots & Radiance Retreat

Wichita, KS – Culture Creations Inc. is excited to announce the Roots & Radiance Retreat, a transformative event dedicated to providing culturally specific hair and skin care resources tailored to foster and adopted children of color and their caregivers. The retreat will occur on Saturday, August 10th, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM across four locations in Wichita.

- Expert Hair Care Coaching: Certified hair care specialists will provide personalized coaching and guidance, equipping caregivers with the tools and techniques to confidently care for and style Black hair.

- Interactive Workshops: Practical tips, styling ideas, and best practices for managing various hair textures, promoting healthy growth, and maintaining overall hair and scalp health.

- Culturally Relevant Resources: A curated range of hair and skin care products and resources tailored to the unique needs of Black youth.

- Empowerment and Support: A supportive community for youth and caregivers to connect, share experiences, and find encouragement.

Culture Creations Inc. seeks volunteers for various roles on Friday, August 9th, and Saturday, August 10th. Volunteers can assist with event setup, registration, children's activities, logistics, hospitality, and general support.

The We Survived Community Graduation is brought to you by Culture Creations Inc. The celebration is for current and former foster youth who graduated from high school and college. Higher education is a dream for most young people, and it's an increasingly necessary stepping stone to well-paying, stable employment. Unfortunately for foster youth, the financial resources, mentorship, and guidance needed to complete postsecondary education or training programs are rare. 

In the U.S. today, approximately 400,000 children and youth are in foster care at any given time, and each year, about 20,000 of these students emancipate (i.e., age out) from foster care. Yet, only about half of youth raised in foster care finish high school nationwide. Less than 5% graduate from a four-year college. And 2-6% complete a degree from a two-year college. Therefore, current and former foster youth deserve the opportunity to celebrate their accomplishments of graduating high school or college. At the Community Graduation, participants can celebrate, experience joy, and be in the community with their peers.
